Terms and Conditions
We want you to enjoy your Tour/Experience with Yura Banji Scooters Pty Ltd however we just have a few things you need to know.
Payment of Fees
All bookings must pay the full amount at the time of booking to secure your Experience/Hire/Tour.
Yura Banji Scooters Pty Ltd Reserves the right to cancel or change experience/hire/tour destinations dependent on weather conditions for the safety of participants. Any persons who have a tour cancelled or postponed have the option of either rebooking a tour at a later available date or a full refund (Gift Vouchers are not entitled to refunds).
Customers are asked to give 48hrs notice to change/cancel their booking and this is required to be done by phoning the office on 0492 334 832. If cancellation is within the 48 hours’ notice, no refund or rebooking will be given.
All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult such as a parent, step- parent, guardian or other adult who has parental rights and responsibilities for the under 18-year-old guest.
Group Bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm the tour date. The final balance and number of participants are due 7 days prior to the tour date.
We take the security of our customers’ personal details very seriously. All payments, and payment details, made by persons to Yura Banji Scooters Pty Ltd website will remain confidential. Card and/or payment details will not be sold or passed onto a third party.
All prices quoted on Yura Banji Scooters Pty Ltd website are in Australian Dollars and are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax)
